Drinks

If you love soft drinks, go for the diet versions.
I drink water (from the tap, as where I live in Scotland tap water is lovely), green tea, black coffee, black chai, gin with slimline tonic & ice & lemon, & dry white wine. Occasionally after dinner I have an espresso and/or a brandy.
Give up fruit juice & sports drinks. They are not healthy & make you fat.
Lattes & cappuccinos are probably ok as long as you don’t add sugar. I don’t seem to have any problem consuming about 1/4 pint semi skimmed milk with bran cereal every morning. Semi-skimmed is much more delicious than skimmed & I certainly don’t put on weight doing that. So you can probably have 1 cup a day of a coffee made with milk. If you consume several, I don’t know. There are sugars in milk.
The best way to find out is to cut down to 1 a day then see if you gain weight if you increase it to more.
Alternatively, switch to black coffee. It is really nice, especially if you buy a decent brand of instant or ground.
One word of warning. Coffee is supposed to drop your blood sugar. From experience I can attest that it does if you drink a lot of it. I generally stick to one cup for breakfast & one for lunch. Then I’m fine
