The low carb gingerbread with black tea or coffee is very filling. Good for an afternoon snack & to share with colleagues over coffee 🙂

Mixed almonds & brazil nuts are also very satisfying & will keep you going all morning or afternoon. I take some to work in a small Tupperware container.

Green tea stabilises blood sugar beautifully, I always have a cup when I get to work in the morning.

Lunches can be eaten in stages throughout the day, which is what I often do with the smoked salmon & chicken salad.
